Shaanxi Deli Energy Technology Co., Ltd., under its subsidiary Fandeli Boiler Plant, has been recognized by the Weinan Municipal Government and the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision as a producer of "Weinan Famous Brand Products." Mr. Fan Gaofeng, the legal representative, was elected as an "Outstanding Technological Innovation Talent of Weinan" (the only recipient in Weinan’s boiler industry). The company is the only enterprise in Shaanxi specializing in the production, modification, and customized manufacturing of environmental dust removal equipment for semi-coke boilers. The semi-coke boilers produced by the company were adopted as pilot demonstration projects by the Weinan Environmental Monitoring Station. In 2015, the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau organized a visit for numerous users in Weinan to observe and learn from these installations. The company has a track record of successful modifications for various types of semi-coke boilers, including hot water heating boilers, bathing boilers, and industrial steam pressure boilers. It also develops and produces customized dust removal equipment tailored to the characteristics of semi-coke boilers. These modifications ensure sufficient output while meeting environmental emission standards and offering energy-saving benefits. Post-modification, the boilers are easy to seal, ignite quickly, and allow for complete combustion of semi-coke. Fandeli Semi-Coke Environmental Protection, Energy-Saving, and Low-Emission Boilers: These boilers support interchangeable use of semi-coke and natural gas with the installation of a burner, leading the way in safe, energy-efficient, and high-performance atmospheric boiler technology. - Energy Efficiency: The exhaust gas temperature when burning semi-coke is only about 60°C, resulting in up to 50% savings in semi-coke consumption compared to traditional boilers. When burning oil or gas, the exhaust temperature is around 80°C, offering up to 30% savings in fuel consumption. - Environmental Protection: Equipped with balanced oxygen-enriched waste heat preheating and combustion-supporting vortex infrared combustion technology. The grate has a long service life, and semi-coke burns thoroughly. The boilers are easy to seal, ignite quickly, and produce no smoke or dust during combustion. No tall chimney is required, as exhaust gases can be directed to a designated location for treatment. 5. Boiler Operation: Boiler operation must be conducted by trained and certified personnel holding a "Special Equipment Operation Certificate." Operators must strictly adhere to operating procedures, eight key systems, and six required records during use. 6. Boiler Inspection: Boilers must undergo an annual periodic inspection. Boilers that have not passed a safety inspection are prohibited from use. Safety valves must be inspected annually, and pressure gauges must be calibrated every six months. Safety accessories that have not been periodically inspected are not permitted for use. 7. It is strictly prohibited to install atmospheric boilers as pressure boilers. The use of boilers lacking the three major safety accessories—water level gauges, safety valves, and pressure gauges—is strictly forbidden.
